TravRec is currently in beta testing. If you need help, want to report a problem, report content, request account deletion support, or contact us about privacy or legal questions, you can reach us by email.

Please include your TravRec username, the email address connected to your account if relevant, your device and operating system, and a short description of the issue.
Report a bug
If you found a bug in the TravRec app, contact us at contact@trav-rec.com.
Helpful details include:
- what you were trying to do
- what happened instead
- whether the issue happened once or repeatedly
- your device model and operating system
- screenshots or screen recordings, if available
Report content or user behavior
TravRec includes user-generated travel recommendations, profiles, comments, and images. TravRec has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, including harassment, hate speech, threats, and other conduct that violates our Community Guidelines.
If you see content or behavior that may violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, please use the in-app report or block features where available.

Please include:
- the username involved, if known
- the TravRec or recommendation involved, if known
- a screenshot or short description of the issue
- the reason for your report
- whether you believe the issue is urgent
Reports are reviewed manually by the TravRec team. We aim to review reports of content or user behavior within 24 hours and take appropriate action where necessary. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other appropriate action if content or behavior violates our rules.
Block another user
If you do not want to interact with another user, you can block that user in the app where the feature is available. When a user is blocked, both users no longer see each other’s content. A block can only be removed by the user who created the block.
Account deletion
You can delete your TravRec account directly in the app:
Settings -> Delete Account
